    Platform that generates and manages exams from documents using language models. Own product.

    Intervention
    Analysis and full-stack development of the product.
    Scope
    Python backend with Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, Celery, and Redis; vectorisation, OCR, and tolerance to AI provider failures. Angular frontend with NgRx; subscriptions and payments with Stripe.

    Music platform made up of several applications and services.

    Intervention
    Functional analysis, backend and frontend development, and evolutionary maintenance of platform components.
    Scope
    PHP backend with Symfony, Doctrine, and MySQL, JWT authentication, asynchronous processes, and integration with the Spotify API; account and distribution services; Node.js API with Express and Swagger; Player.Indiemono.com portal in Next.js and TypeScript.

    Intervention
    Drupal development, application integration, and evolutionary maintenance.
    Scope
    Custom modules, blocks, controllers, and themes; multilingual content; integration of the Angular purchase application and of a REST API for contextual advertising; upgrades, security, performance, and responsive work.

How I work

I join your team or your client's as a senior specialist, with an agreed scope and direct technical contact.

  1. I review the system, its context, and its constraints, and propose scope, risks, and an estimate.

  2. We agree the technical approach and I build the solution with reviewable progress.

  3. Deployment, documentation, and handover to your team; maintenance and evolution if the project requires it.

Continuous learning and R&D

Every day, I explore how to apply AI to software development and the operation of software systems, putting it into practice by building integrations, automations, and new working methods. Some of the areas I have been exploring most recently:

  • Model integration and management

    Combining both local models and provider models, automating their selection according to task complexity, the capabilities of each LLM, or cost, and balancing the use of the different AI subscriptions to make the most of them and contain spending.

  • Agents connected to tools and knowledge

    Configuring specialized agents that use tools, consult information, and retain the context needed to keep work moving.

  • Technical workflow automation

    Designing workflows that combine agents with conventional automation to execute tasks, review results, and supervise processes, with defined permissions and control points.
