What is collected

The contact form is the only point on this site that collects personal data. It sends the name, email, company (optional), problem type, and the message you write, together with your explicit consent. Nothing else is collected.

Purpose

That data is used solely to read and answer the enquiry you send. It is not used for marketing emails or for profiling.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses no non-essential cookies, analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking, so it shows no cookie banner.

Anti-spam check

The form includes Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated submissions. When the form loads, your browser contacts Cloudflare, which receives your IP address and technical browser signals in order to issue that check; according to its documentation, Turnstile does not access what you type into the form. The server only receives the outcome of the check from Cloudflare.

Legal basis

Processing relies on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form before sending it. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the contact address shown in the legal notice.

Retention period

Messages from the form arrive in an email mailbox and are kept indefinitely as a record of professional correspondence, unless you ask for them to be deleted.

Recipients

No data is shared with third parties or used for any other purpose. The provider of the mailbox that receives the message, Gmail (Google), hosts it so that it can be read and answered. Cloudflare is involved only in the anti-spam check described above, and does not receive the contents of the message.

Exercising your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability by writing to the contact address in the legal notice. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
